• Energized products must remain in sealed packaging

Non-Returnable Items

4. Ship the Product: Send the package to the address provided by our team. You may use our prepaid return label if applicable
5. Tracking: Share the tracking number with us once shipped

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

• We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
• Our quality team will inspect the product within 2-3 business days
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7-10 business days
• You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for:

• Different size (for rings and bracelets)
• Different gemstone (subject to price difference)
• Different product of equal or higher value
• Defective or damaged products (we cover return shipping)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery following the same process as returns.
