1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping across India. Currently, we do not ship internationally. We deliver to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes as per our courier partner's coverage.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1000
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹1000
- Express Shipping: Available at additional charges (₹199)
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Customized/Energized Products: 3-5 business days
- Bulk Orders: 5-7 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (metro cities only)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
- Track your order using the tracking number provided
- You can also track your order from your account dashboard
- SMS updates will be sent at key delivery milestones
6. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post, and other regional carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
7. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use:
- Protective bubble wrap for fragile items
- Sturdy boxes with cushioning
- Tamper-proof packaging
- Special packaging for gemstones and delicate products
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Pin code is correct and serviceable
- Contact number provided is reachable
- Someone is available to receive the package
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability at delivery location.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- You will be notified via SMS/email after each attempt
- You can reschedule delivery or request self-pickup from the courier hub
- If not collected within 7 days, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available:
- For orders up to ₹25,000
- Additional COD charges: ₹50 per order
- Not available for all pin codes
- Please have exact change ready for delivery
11. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India. For international customers, please contact us at info@astrotruth.store for special arrangements.
12. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged
- If you accept, note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
13. Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Political unrest or strikes
- Festival rush or peak seasons
- Courier partner issues
- COVID-19 or other health emergencies
We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
14. Order Modification
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to modify the address, you must cancel the order and place a new one (if not yet shipped).
